automatic backup problem

    Hi
    Since the end of June 2019, my backups with your plugin no longer work.
    I updated the plugin but it does not work.
    Here is the error message: [02-Aug-2019 11:56:17] WARNING: ftp_nb_fput (): I will not open a connection to 10.10.20.160 (only to 51.68.11.211)
    [02-Aug-2019 11:56:17] ERROR: Unable to transfer the backup to the FTP server!
    [02-Aug-2019 11:56:17] ERROR: Abandoned step: too many attempts!
    [02-Aug-2019 11:56:17] An old newspaper deleted
    [02-Aug-2019 11:56:17] ERROR: The task ended with errors in 117 seconds. You must correct the errors for correct execution.

    So you got issue after 3.6.10 update?
    That abit weird to us because we did not change anything about FTP backup.

    I am also now getting this error. I have the latest release.

    WARNING: ftp_nb_fput(): php_connect_nonb() failed: Operation now in progress (115)

    WARNING: ftp_nb_fput(): Entering Passive Mode (75,108,129,232,217,64)

    ERROR: Cannot transfer backup to FTP server!

    This is happening in all my sites now.

    Is this issue happen before? Or just after you updated to latest 3.6.10?

    I’ve never had this issue before especially with a large number of sites at once which tells me that it’s not site specific.

    I’m not sure what these errors are for specifically other than the FTP passive mode but each site seems to have different port numbers populate.
