    The following settings option (the one referred in the other forum entry) is available in all plugin versions:

    However the feature for automatically create and assign a calendar for each new registered user (with a specific role) is a commercial feature (User Calendar Creation add-on). We’d like to help but we can’t reply about that in this forum. We are not allowed to support any customers in these forums.

    I checked the demo plug-in working, but do we understand each other well? I want the newly added user to be able to create a calendar himself where he enters the hours and sets the rate per hour. I want him to have access to the editor where he sets the quantity and price himself – which means that he configures his calendar to himself, same as admin.

    The users can access the calendars they have assigned. The following image shows the settings area to assign a calendar to users:
