    Hi! I tried a subscription payment with paypal and noticed that the subscription isn’t saved as activated after the successful payment, but it’s on hold and I have to manually activate it. How can i fix this and make it automatically active if payment is successful? Thanks!

    Hi! Yes everything works perfectly: the emails are sent both to client and admin, the order is created and the subscription as well; the only thing is that the subscription is created with the “on hold” status and has to be manually activated. If I missed something let me know, I bet it’s just a setting somewhere, like always ahah

    Hi! Thanks for the response!
    I am now on a 4.9.1 wordpress multisite (network) installation (even though the error occurred when it still wasn’t a network), using WooCommerce version 3.2.5 and HF Subscription version 1.0.8 (will upgrade to 1.0.9 as you suggested in the other italian language topic).

    Closing this support thread as per the Skype communication we had. It was due to corrupted database table data.

    How you solve this because in my site after payment order and subscription status is “On hold”. I am using paypal standard.

    Please let me know if anything is needed.
