• Hello,

I use a CF7 form which sends a reservation request to the restaurant manager.

The restaurant manager has 2 possible answers:
    – the reservation is confirmed
    – the reservation cannot be accepted

For now, the restaurant manager must respond to the email sent by the customer via the form, from his mailbox using “reply-to”. It is not convenient and fast, because he has to write some text, depending on the answer.

I would like to automate the answer with simply:
    – a button “Reservation accepted” which replies by email to the customer that his request is accepted
    – a “Reservation refused” button which replies to the customer that his request is refused.

Do you have any idea how to do this, please?

Is there a plugin to do this?

Thanks a lot for your help.

    Alain

  • hi @claude17

this is not a feature that could belong to contact form 7 but more likely could be an addon for flamingo (also by the same author of cf7, it is used to store mails).

in flamingo you should try to have a look at the two radios “spam”/”non-spam” because you should make a similar group “accepted” “not accepted”, store this value and send a mail.
