    Hi guys,

It was just brought to my attention by a customer that he received an invoice for 0,00 EUR in each of the last 2 months. We work with the AutomateWoo referral plugin on our website. When you have referred someone, the referrer gets store credit. Currently, the setting is selected that “Use store credit on subscription renewal payments” ensures that the store credit is automatically used up on renewal. In both of the customer’s orders, it is also mentioned that “Referral Credit” has been taken into account, but at the same time it is stated as 0.00. The customer’s store credit is not used up. The customer’s credit is untouched, but the two orders were processed completely free of charge, although the credit would not even have been enough for one of the orders. The tooltip of the setting also says: “If checked, any store credit earned by a subscriber will be automatically applied to WooCommerce Subscription renewal payments. This will only work with payment gateway extensions that support recurring total modifications.” Is this maybe not possible?

    Hi @p3lz3r

Can you reach out to us via the Support page in the Stripe plugin settings? We can discuss adding any compatibility that’s required for the AutomateWoo plugin.

    Kind Regards,
