AutomateWoo is lagging

    Hello,

    I have automatewoo setup to take care of the order received and order completed emails. Basically most emails are sent through an automatewoo workflow. These should go out immediately.

    I’ve set up cron to run every 5 minutes so “immediately should at most be like.. 5-6 minutes. Unfortunately, it seems that most workflows run from 20 minutes to an hour and 30 minutes. Being 1:30 late to an order completed or order received email is not good so I wonder why that is.

    I do not believe that was an issue when I first installed automatewoo. It seems to me that this started occuring as the site grew bigger and orders are piling up. I can’t say for sure though. Could the increased data of the site be the reason that automatewoo takes so long to execute workflows?
