Automatewoo Email Template Not Working

    Hi there,

    I created a new email in Automatewoo for new order received.

    YayMail already recognized the template, it’s already published/activated.

    However emails for new order received are still getting the original Woocommerce template.

    Already tried disabling/enabling the template in YayMal, tried Woocommerce default template and none template in Automatewoo.

    None of the combinations woked.

    Also left a blank template in Automatewoo, this sends a blank email, not considering YayMail edited and activated template.

    Already cleared cache.

    Nothing seems to work.

    Please help.

    Hi @ninjateamwp,

    Yes I’ve followed everystep as in the link you provided.

    However the addon for Automatewoo is not wotking as expected.

    I was hoping this issue could be resolved under support from the WordPress’s plugin support area.
