I need some help configuring AutomateWoo and Mailchimp.

I was told in this thread that I would be able to set up a trigger where a customer placing their first order would get one-time free shipping if they sign up for Mailchimp

I have created the coupon, installed the Mailchimp plugin and have attempted to set up rules in AutomateWoo, but none of the rules variables is relevant to what I am trying to do. I want to generate an email with the coupon code after the customer fils out the Mailchimp subscription form.

    How do I do this?

    Hi there,

Your Gravatar wins “best of this week” award and it is the most fitting ever for your questions, but I am afraid I still have to point you to the official ticket form.

AutomateWoo is a premium plugin which we support via our ticket queue. As a licence holder, you are eligible for WooCommerce official support.

Please open a ticket with us via: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

    Kind regards,

Thanks. It’s a scan from one of my sketchbooks.

My client purchased the plugin, but I would prefer she not see me asking this question and she would no doubt receive a copy of the support ticket. Is there a way to ask more discreetly?
