Automated Triggers not Working

Maybe it’s user error, but automated triggers – even simple ones – aren’t working for me. I think they used to.

Basic Site Notification trigger does work (delay 45 seconds).

But if I set up an Advanced trigger with simple conditions (previous visits <= 2 and visitor time on site = 45 seconds), it no workie.

What am I missing?
