Automated tax reset bug

    If I change the tax rate in the automated tax everything works well. Once I get an order, woocommerce tax refresh with the previous rate every time and next customers see and pay wrong tax amount. Purged cache, tried to insert the tax rate into phpmyadmin nothing works it always reset the tax rate to the previous after one order. Transcient? Idk what to do.

    I think I should say that I operate a multi merchant website and every vendor are connected to my tax rates

    Can you explain this a bit for me? When using automated taxes, no settings need to be changed.
