Automated tax reset bug

    If I change the tax rate in the automated tax everything works well. Once I get an order, woocommerce tax refresh with the previous rate every time and next customers see and pay wrong tax amount. Purged cache, tried to insert the tax rate into phpmyadmin nothing works it always reset the tax rate to the previous after one order. Transcient? Idk what to do

    I think I should say that I operate a multi merchant website and every vendor are connected to my tax rates

    Hi @bebewazza. I understand you’re unable to get modifications of automated tax rates to “stick.”

    This is expected functionality. WooCommerce Shipping and Tax will overwrite any changes to tax rates with the rates it pulls from the API when a new order is made.

    If you’d like to set custom tax rates as well as use automated tax rates, you would need to look into a more customizable tax plugin, such as AvaTax.
