Automated tax option not appearing and taxes not being calculated at checkout

    Hi,
    I have recently set up an ecommerce website selling print on demand apparel with printful.

    I have installed the woocommerce shipping and tax and Jetpack plugins and connected to the site but in woocommerce settings the automatic tax calculation option has not appeared!on top of that I have selected the option to calculate tax at checkout based on the customers address but nothing shows on the checkout page either. All the customer is required to pay is the price it is at in the shop not including tax (which is obviously not a good situation)

    I am amateur level with wordpress and websites but am stuck well and truly here. Probably it is something small I have missed but very frustrating

    I see that the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax plugin is active on your site, which is great!

    I went to your site and through the checkout process and I added this product to the cart: https://d.pr/i/KsjH5v
    Once I added it and started entering an address, I am correctly seeing a 20% tax being added calculated: https://d.pr/i/U0REeo

    Can you please confirm if help is still needed?
    It sounds like the automated taxes calculation is not working correctly because the settings aren’t appearing.

    To see the settings, I’d like to ask you to first clear your browser’s cache. Here are some steps: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
    Once that is done, can you please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Tax and see if the “Automated taxes” has appeared? https://d.pr/i/TEF277
