Automated Tax not showing

Please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > General and ensure that “enable taxes and tax calculations” is checked on.

Also, go to Plugins > All Plugins and confirm that the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax plugin is installed and activated.

Additionally, please ensure Jetpack is set up and connected.

These are already all enabled and working perfectly fine via screenshots.
Same issue the drop-down is not available.

@sukafia I believe this problem may be due to the country, Hong Kong. Is there a plugin for automated tax or calculations that work for this country?
