Hello, I believe I found a bug with the auto tax feature. It seems to only be referencing the zip code when returning the tax rate.

An example I have is for the zip code 94563.

    Using the calculator on taxjar.com:
    https://www.taxjar.com/sales-tax-calculator/

TaxJar returns a tax rate of 9.25% when only given the zip code.

However, if the city ‘Orinda’ is also considered, a tax rate of 8.75% is used.

The correct rate to charge our customer would be 8.75%, but woocommerce is charging the 9.25%?
