automated social media links not working

Hello,

I’m setting up the social media profile links for my website (very much a work in progress): https://www.fts.org.au.

I’ve set up a custom URL for our youtube account (https://www.youtube.com/user/ftscorporate) – so in the youtube field under social media I have tried entering ftscorporate and user/ftscorporate.

No matter what I put here, when you click on the actual icon in previewing the site it seems to be putting my website URL ahead of the youtube profile URL. For exanple, instead of directing traffic to: https://www.youtube.com/user/ftscorporate, it is directing it to: https://www.fts.org.au/user/ftscorporate or https://www.fts.org.au/ftscorporate. The website URL is being inserted infront of the youtube profile, instead of the youtube URL.

I’ve read another post on this that suggested clearing the cache – which I’ve done, but I’m still having this problem.

As you can tell I’m a first time WordPress user, so any help (in laymans terms) on this issue is GREATLY appreciated!!
