    Hi,

    I need to do the following, & was wondering if this plugin was capable of it.

    Send out an automated email one/two weeks after purchase is completed, requesting a review of their order.

    The message will offer an incentive of 20% discount coupon for people who leave a review. Once they’ve left a review another automated email will be sent with the coupon code.

    Thanks for your question. Almost! Our plugin doesn’t do this exactly, but if you’re game and willing to become a Pro customer (as this is required for the coupon addon), we’re happy to build out this functionality for you. Right now, it will do everything except send the 20% discount after a review, but we could look at adding a trigger to take place after a review has been successfully submitted.
