Automated responses aren’t displaying

  • I’ve set up the plugin configuration with the questions and automated answers for each.

    However, when the customer initiates a chat, the questions don’t appear.

    Chat Plugin version is 2.4
    WP version is 5.7.6

    Any ideas?
