Automated messages not sending

    Hi everyone,

    I need help with the automatic email notifications in ARMember.

    Right now, my email notifications are set to be sent through WordPress, as PHP isn’t working, and I haven’t managed to connect SMTP either.

    In any case, there is no problem receiving emails for native automations; I’m referring to functions already built by ARMember, such as profile updates or password changes. However, I’ve created two functions myself for account closure and membership cancellation, and I’m not receiving those emails.

    I’ve tried everything—any ideas on what might be going wrong?

    Hello,

    The automated email notifications you are referring to are available in the ARMember pro plugin, if you are using the ARMember pro plugin then, kindly open a support ticket for ARMember pro and after that, you will be assisted as this forum is only for the ARMember Lite plugin so I unable to assist here.

    Hello again! Thank you for your response. However, since my ARMember Pro Plugin was included with my Aztec Progression Theme, ARMember support does not assist me, which is why I came to this forum.

    Do you know any other way to help me with this problem?
