Automated Learnpress Emails and Course Key are not working

  • Hello,
    we have a WordPress site with Learnpress, Woocommerce and LearnPress – WooCommerce Payment Method Integration (for Stripe).

    When I tested buying a course (via Woocommerce checkout), the order appears on the Learnpress and WooCommerce backend (and the orders are connected properly), but the user or guest only receives the automated WooCommerce email(s), and none of the Learnpress emails with their order key to access the course.
    The user who has bought the course, can’t access to the lessons with their order key once they’ve registered, the search doesn’t find it. And the profile has no Enrolled courses or Active courses.
    The payment method we used to the test is Stripe.
    We also tried to deactivate all the plugins but the learnpress and LearnPress – WooCommerce Payment Methods Integration, but doesn’ts works neither.

    Also, if you view the course page there is no “add to cart” or “enroll” button, it’s just blank.

    Can you please provide a link or direction as to where I can create a ticket on your support system?

    I’m experiencing the same thing and I purchased the premium add-on as well and there’s not link to create a ticket.
