Automated emails sent weeks later

I have had a couple of customers contact me recently to say they have received an Order In Transit email two or three weeks after their order was delivered. Needless to say, they were confused and worried that another parcel was on its way.

The Order in Transit email included the Trackship tracking number.

I’m not sure if this is a Trackship glitch or the problem lies with WooCommerce.
