Automated Email Responses Not Saving

I have Add On “Additional Automated Messages” toggle switch turned on. I went to Membership 2 Settings, Automated Email Responses, and chose “Signup – Forgot Password”, and clicked “Load Template.” I filled it out, turned on the toggle switch, and clicked saved changes. But when I saved, all the fields disappeared and the toggle switch turned off. But I went and tested it out anyway, and it worked. However, when I come back to it in the admin panel, the toggle switch is off again, and the fields are blank again. It doesn’t seem to be saving. Am I missing a step? Thank you for your help!
