I have noticed that for the past few weeks my automated emails have not been delivered to recipients. The status of the last 4 mailings is “Sent”, but “Clicked” and “Read” show zero and in fact these messages do not reach the recipients.

However, when I manually send a test message, it arrives without any problems.

I haven’t changed hosting or any plugin settings in recent months.

But it may be important that the premium version of the plugin expired about a year ago and I am currently using the free version. However, when purchasing it, it was promised that all functionalities of the plugin would be retained, and I would only not receive new updates.

Btw. I posted this problem on your Facebook group but admin didn’t publish it. So what is the point in haveing such a group?:)

Hello @mashki and thanks for using our plugin.

We manage Facebook group during the working week only, I just approved your post. Posts moderation is active in order to block spamming. About your issue: I can confirm that all premium addons features keep working after license expiration, no actions are taken from our end to limit their functionalities. I think this is something related with your sending method: may I ask if you’re using WordPress itself or an external sending provider? Also, did you take a look at the logs?

    Thanks,
    Michael

Do you mean logs in: Help -> System -> Logs ?
I don’t see any errors or other suspicious events. But I can copy its content here if you wish.

    My delivery parameters are:
Speed 1030 emails per hour (my hosting provider limit is 25 000/ day)
Mailer wp_mail() WordPress function (could be extended by a SMTP plugin)
    Engine lock 0
    NEWSLETTER_CRON_INTERVAL 300 seconds
    NEWSLETTER_SEND_DELAY 0 milliseconds

I just did a delivery test in: Help -> System -> Delivery
Status says “SUCCESS” but the email never reached the recipient.

    Hello @mashki,

I was referring to your hosting mail logs. Does your hosting offer a Smtp connection as well? If it says “Success” in help > system > delivery but the mail fails to reach inbox, it means it has been blocked somewhere.

I contacted my hosting provider and php mail() function works fine. The logs don’t show any errors but they will trigger debug mode for me to investigate the problem further.

They offer a Smtp connection?but limit is too low for my mailing list, so for now I would prefer to stick with php mail() method.

    And one important update:
I mentioned that “I just did a delivery test in: Help -> System -> Delivery
Status says “SUCCESS” but the email never reached the recipient.”

Actually, test e-mail arrived with some delay.

I also did delivery test in “Automated” section. It also arrived after several minutes.

Ok @mashki, so now we know that emails are correctly delivered. Debug mode from your host will be helpful, let’s see if some error comes up there. In your first post you stated that these messages do not reach the recipients. Did you perform some tests or maybe asked some of your subscribers directly? How large is your mailing list? From our point of view, if the diagnostics tests run succesfully there’s no reason for your email not to hit subscribers inboxes.

    Thanks,
    Michael

Today I received confirmation from the hosting company that the debug mode did not show any errors. I also received logs that I can forward to you.
Another automated mailing was also sent today. It is still being sent, but after a few hours you can see that the emails are not being delivered again.
My subscriber list exceeds 12 000 addresses.
The list includes my 3 test addresses (in mailboxes from different providers) to which automated newsletters always arrived. And they stopped reaching these addresses at the same moment that the statistics started showing 0 clicked and 0 read.

After further analysis, it turned out that the problem was on the hosting company’s side. Thank you for your commitment to solving the problem.
