    I see that WooCommerce allows sales of digital content that shoppers can download, but does it offer content to be automatically emailed to the buyer at set times?

    For example, my client wants to sell health programs that email her clients 3x/week automatically with the program’s next steps.

    Is that possible?

    You’d likely want to look at using something like Follow Ups to do that: https://woocommerce.com/products/follow-up-emails/

    That will allow you to schedule as many emails as you would like upon purchase of a specific product ??
