    Hello,

I am tying to run workflow on “Fixed expiration date for subscription”

I am putting trigger as subcription created–> subscription product > Action change status active to expired.

I am trying to test it to out and by creating a test product subscription, purchasing it and running an immediate workflow after once the subscription has started.– i dont see it running

The reason why i am doing this test is to confirm this work. i did a test 2 days ago on another subscritpion product and all the purchases that were done after “start date” expired but one customer purchased before start date at $0 (with few renewals) it didn’t expire. why did that happen?

Can you guide on how to fix this?

    Hi @sshahid12 ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you are using the AutomateWoo extension, and need help running a workflow on “Fixed expiration date for subscription”, is that correct?

Since this is related to a premium extension, please contact us directly at WooCommerce.com → My Account → Support. You will need to log in with the account used to purchase the extension before you can access that page.

As per the forum guidelines, no support for premium extensions is done here but we will be happy to assist you further from there ??

    Cheers!
