automate adding Plugins or updates to many blogs

    I own over 30 WP Blogs. Lately it has become quite cumbersome to update these blogs and or install new additional plugins.
    does anyone know of a software that can automate this?
    I am thinking of a software where I would add all the URL’s of my WP Sites in list form and when I need to update WP or WP-pilugins or when I need to add a new plugin I simply add the information into this software.
    Next I would think the software to go out and one after the other fetch my URL’s, install or upgrade as required.
    If anyone knows of such a software please let me kow.
