AutoImport Date and Time log

I’m not exactly sure what you mean, but it sounds as if you are interested in the [table-info] Shortcode, see https://tablepress.org/faq/documentation-shortcode-table-info/
With a Shortcode like

[table-info id=2 field="last_modified" /]

you would get the date and time of the last save of the table.

You are awesome man! That is what I was looking for. But the timestamps look off. I have configured the plugin to autoimport every 1 hour. I noticed that the time log updates more than an hour. every update increases by a few minutes.

Is this normal?

You are correct, the time will shift/drift slightly every time. The reason for this is the way how the WordPress Cron API (see e.g. https://www.smashingmagazine.com/2013/10/16/schedule-events-using-wordpress-cron/ ) works. It relies on users visiting the site, and those visits then trigger the mechanism. Depending on how many visitors the site has, the exact time will therefore shift.
If you really need an exact time (like xx:00), you could look into replacing that mechanism with a real server cron job, see e.g. https://www.iceablethemes.com/optimize-wordpress-replace-wp_cron-real-cron-job/ or https://support.hostgator.com/articles/specialized-help/technical/wordpress/how-to-replace-wordpress-cron-with-a-real-cron-job
