Autogenerate password

I understand that you want your user to autogenerate their password at checkout.

You can achieve this by unchecking the When creating an account, send the new user a link to set their password in WooCommerce>> Settings>> Account Privacy >> Account creation.

No. They want the system autogenerate the password in the checkout. And whent it’s done, it send the user and password data via email like it did in the prev versions

Kindly note that by following the steps provided by @danndumia, the option to autogenerate a password on checkout will be enabled.

Please ensure that Allow customers to create an account during checkout is checked and that When creating an account, send the new user a link to set their password is unchecked.

Having the second mentioned option unchecked removes the option for passwords being set by the user via a link provided in email, and enables the option for autogenerating passwords.

No, I already have this set and with this options, the user have to set the password in the checkout. My client wants the password autogenerated without showing this field like in the older version.

I understand you want an automatically generated password in the new account emails but this feature has been removed since it’s a poor security practice and can have negative consequences for the store.
