Thanks for your answer.

Your solution with the “exclude-pages” plugin is so much easier than what I finally did!
I modified the “depth” in functions.php instead.
(like this: $menu = wp_list_pages(‘title_li=&sort_row=menu_order&echo=0&depth=1’); )
Next time I’ll look more into the plugins rather than modifying the PHP.

Concerning the customised home page, I’m glad to learn that we can add a HTML page!
However the code you posted was deleted by moderators…
This code you changed in “functions.php”, was telling wordpress to open your new “home.html” file, instead of “home.php”, am I right? I’m curious to learn how you did that… (maybe with Pastebin?)

i’m still debating whether to upgrade to the new version or switch to a whole different theme. i’ll probably stick to af ’cause i love its simplicity and how clean it looks. we’ll see.

for youtube it depends on which version of AF you’re running. If you need help still just contact me through my site (benjacobsenphoto.com). I’m not trying to push you there but I was just checking incoming links to my site and saw ~30 something from this thread yesterday so I’m checking in. I had videos working on my old AF site and now still on AF pro and + (which is MUCH easier).
