Autofocus “<<” and “>>” nav replace

in Autofocus theme, there are 2 arrow navs in every page, << and >>, which represents older and newer posts, it’s originally placed in the middle right hand side and left hand side each, how should I adjust the position of these arrow to bottom? and change it into text based “older post” and “newer post”? thank you for your help.
