Autofocus how to add a blog page?

Hello Everyone!

I am trying to figure out how to add a page to the autofocus plus theme. Name it ¨blog¨ and show ¨blog¨ post only on that page. If you take a look at the theme autofocus+ pro demo then you′ll know what I mean.
