autofill the author name

  • Can you autofill the author name via URL?

    What I’m trying to do is that a user shares a link of this form, this link detects the name of the user who is sharing this form, when someone clicks this link it autofill the field where it says author.

    Something like: mysite.com/?author_name=user_id maybe?

    I know there is an option that autofills with the name of the user who is logged in but i don’t whant people to log in to fill the author name
