Autofill logged in user's name and email into widget?

If the user is logged in, is there any way to get her/his name & email pre-filled into the form?
Or, ideally not surface the name and email field at all? For support on our site, we need to know what the logged in user’s email is all the time, so we don’t want the logged in user to be able to put in any other email, other than the one she/he has used to log in:
