Autofill from database

Hi. Is there an option (plugin), that saves information from input box in database, and next time, auto fill / suggest information for input box, if there is such entry in database?
Why I need this option? I will use CF7 and Competition Form (extension for CF7) to save my registrations for competition. Form saves name, surname, email, phone number and race time (racing competition), but this events will go for a month, and there is no restriction on how many times you can compete – up your result as much you want. So if someone returns to compete again, I want to find the fastest way to fill out all the information again.
