Autofill Checkout Page

  • Hello,

    I am wondering whether it is possible to autofill the woocommerce checkout page. Since the products I am selling are in large shipments moving overseas, I would like customers to choose a port instead of having the customers fill in their shipping address. Hopefully, there will be a drop down menu where they can choose from the different ports they can choose from, and once they choose from the dropdown menu, the address/state/country/zipcode fields will be automatically populated with the address of the port. How would I be able to do this?

  • It’s possible but you need custom code for this (or at least I’m not aware of any plugin doing this). Interface wise I would add a dropdown input to select a shop, close to the add to cart button.

    Otherwise if you don’t have a developer/don’t code you can achieve a similar result by removing the address fields at the checkout and add a “select port” field (with the address in it)
