AutoCron is not enabled

  • Hello
    How do I enable the autocron feature please ?
    I went to settings Sending

    ticked the radio box “Send Emails via Your Website”

    Email Sending Limits
    You have sent 0 emails so far today..

    Emails Per Day 1000

    Emails Per Hour 125

    Email Encoding
    Charset: UTF-8
    Encoding: 8 bit

    AutoCron Information
    AutoCron is not enabled.

    Then I get message

    Oh snap! It looks like AutoCron was not enabled or it disconnected itself. To get max send speed please re-enable it here.

    I am using a free version to start with thank you … Version 1.2.8.28

    If I understand then autocron is only for the pro version ?? But how do I send with the free to test sendpress please

    Hi,

    AutoCron also works for free. It is a service we run to help make sure your emails get sent. If you have PRO it runs a little faster but it will and does work with Free. IF\f you want to provide your domain i can check autocron on our side and make sure it is running for you.

    You just need to go to SendPress > Settings > Sending and turn it on.

    I you mean that I can click the “Enable Pro Auto Cron” even if I am a free user ? – Yes OK I did it …. It made me think it was only for Pro as it says Pro Auto Cron
