Autocompleted Email Not Recognized

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

Can you let us know the Browser and OS where you can replicate the issue?

Hi Patrick,

Thank you for looking into this issue. I had set the Email field to “optional”, so we could continue testing PayPal transactions. That’s why you could not replicate the problem.

I have reset the Email field to “required”, so you will now be able to replicate the issue. We have confirmed the autocomplete problem with Safari in MacOS and iOS, Microsoft Edge in Windows 10, Android, etc.

I’ve uploaded an export of the form to Google Drive.

Thank you for the form.

I believe it is related to a different issue not with Browser, can you please try the following change, navigate to Behavior > Autofill > make the Email Editable.

Then try to replicate once again.

I made the requested change, and tested from Safari on iPadOS, iOS, and MacOS. All tests were successful.
