Autocomplete not working

Autocomplete is not working for me any more. Pretty sure is has in the past. Tried with both Chrome and Firefox. Tried unchecking/save/check/save the autocomplete checkbox in settings. Any ideas? Or did Google change something on their end in the past few days?

When I try to use the auto complete function the errors below show up in the browser console.

Make sure the API’s listed here are active in the Google API Console.
If they are, then simply create a new set of API keys, and make sure to use the ‘create browser key’ and ‘create server key’ buttons in this article. The links under the buttons contain parameters to automatically enable the required API’s
