Autocomplete fields

This may depend on the browser you are using – can you let us know which browser you are using where this is not happening?

There’s also an option to autofill those fields if the user is logged in, based on the data from their profile: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#autofill
