AutoClear cache files on Update or Puvlish is not working

Hi!
The checkboxes:
“New Post Clear cache files when a post or page is published”
and
“Update Post Clear cache files when a post or page is updated”
are on and …still do not work.

I need to manually “Clear The Cache” every time I update any post, or publish the new one.
