    Hello,

    I am sure this is already a known issue as I’ve seen a few other comments – but since the newest update to 1.6.0 the formatting and auto-width are completely messed up. Unfortunately I went through and made a LOT of major updates yesterday and didn’t review – now basically every table we use is very messed up and auto adjusting everything to a 47.5px width. After a little digging, I think this is the code that is causing the issue:

    style=”border: 1px solid rgb(209, 209, 209); border-spacing: 3px; border-collapse: separate !important; width: auto; max-width: 47.5px; display: table;”

    I’m sure I could figure out a fix with some extra code myself, but I’d rather not go that route. Any ideas when this will be fixed / reviewed?

  • I believe I have the same problem. All my tables are really thin now. Had to adjust the auto width manually.

    I updated to 1.6.1 but unfortunately this didn’t fix anything. Now I can’t even edit the tables without the formatting messing up – all text changes to the same settings (size, bold, font, etc) whenever I try to edit a table. The plugin is unusable at this point, please let us know the current progress on a fix.

    Hi, can you please share the html of the broken table? Let me know if you need help with how to do that. You can also share a link to a page where the table is used.

    Hello,

    Still the same page I put in the post – https://ardentautomation.com/shop/aag-s/ – all of the tables are very broken besides a couple at the bottom

    Thank you,

    @tdatzko can you please open an affected table in the editor and save it again? That should fix the text issue. Let us know if the width issue persists.

    Okay this worked for the width issue, thank you very much!

    However, now all of the tables that had merged cells are broken, and when I go to edit the table those cells no longer exist to merge. You can still see this on the same page – the header rows only go to the first column, they do not exist past that.

    Again, thank you for the quick response on this.

    @tdatzko the broken merged cells issue will be fixed in the next version.

    Awesome! Thank you so much. I’ll mark this completed for now and await an update.

    Appreciate your help,
