auto uppercase text issue

Hi,
When I typed the texts in the pages, all text are uppercase. I’ve tried shopisle instruction (https://docs.themeisle.com/article/558-how-to-transform-text-to-lower-case-in-shopisle) but still same issue.
How can i change auto uppercase to normal (uppercase and lowercase combine).
if the customer create account, the password doesn’t allow to input lowercase as well.
it seems any pages input texts don’t allow lowercase at all.
