Auto upgrade to 3.2.1 returns Error…

    When attempting to Auto upgrade WP, I get this error message: “Download failed.: Could not create Temporary file”.

    I attempted to just download the Zip and upgrade from local host but I just don’t have the skill to figure out how to do it.

    What can I do to get past the error message above?
