    Hi!
I have a license for Relevanssi premium, I entered the Api Key in the settings but I can’t find how to get the auto updates. My hosting is provided by WP Engine.
Thanks in advance for your help.

When I go to the support page, I don’t see the form even if I’m logged in. Is it possible that my membership has expired?

You can close this issue, it looks like our membership was expired.

Something has changed on the support forums here, I can’t mark these threads resolved anymore. You’re the only one who can do that.

But yeah, an expired license is the most common explanation for auto-update problems.

I had no idea the license has expired – I’m a developer working for a client and he just gave me the account access. It would be nice if there was a way to know if the account is still valid, from the Relevanssi website or our WP install.

I marked the ticked as resolved. Thanks for your help!!
