Auto update worldpress failed and cant install plugin

  • I get message. the worldpress auto is failed , try update again her..
    I try to klick at the link and I get an white blank site .. ” https://karlshamnsmfs.se/wp-admin/update-core.php ” its never update.. To day I get an new message and it says ” unexpected wrong is happens, Mybe its the www.remarpro.com or this servers configuration is wrong, please visit the the official site for support”..

    I cant even install plugins, its the same message att autouppdate, I get the blank page ” https://karlshamnsmfs.se/wp-admin/update-core.php”

    Please, I am an nobe, I am trying to write in english but I am swedish.. its hard to understand very difficult word about manual coding and so on..
    Please help me to fix my site..
