auto update to 2.7.7.4 failing

  • auto update from 2.7.7.3 to 2.7.7.4 on WP 3.9.1 failing.
    akismet installed and key working
    everything seems to be fine and dandy
    seems to be unable to download the plugin

  • happened the same thing to me… in my case it alse deleted the plugin for complete and now i’m with out “protection”… and still with no answer =(
