Auto Update on Changing Quantity

I love your plugin, works great, I just don’t know why it won’t auto update the page. I have reload the page for it to change the amount. I don’t want customers to have to do that or if they even would know to do that. I am trying to figure out how to add a small statement to the page so they know in the mean time.
