Auto-Update of Points

  • Dear J.D. Grimes,

    I’m soon launching the website and Wordpoints is working pretty well.

    Just wanted to ask, is it possible to have points auto-update back to 0 during a certain date of the year or maybe on the anniversary of account creation on the website but keep logs of previous points still present?

    Also is it possible to have a certain amount of points given at one go to a group of users instead of having to individually give points to each and every person?

    Further to what I’ve asked before – is it possible for user to get points for a visiting a particular page, or if possible, after filling a particular form? I’ve also found out that you already have an extension for resetting points. Is this still working and if so, once reset, are logs removed or still kept there?

    Hi Leonard,

    Yes, the Reset points extension should still work, and the logs are kept after the reset.

    The answer to your other two questions is currently no.
