    Helo,

    I’ve been using the plugin for a long time. And auto update never worked. I’ve tried all the steps in the FAQ and it didn’t help. I always updated my feeds manually by clicking on regenerate feed. Auto update interval is on 24 hours

    To investigate why the auto update is not working on your setup, we need to see the system status first. Please, go to CTX Feed > Status > Copy the status and paste it to your next reply.

    Before reaching us again, please perform the following to check if it solves the feed auto-update issue –

    1. First, Check if the WP-Cron is enabled. Go to CTX Feed > status > Find WP-Cron from the list and check if it’s okay. If the status is “NO”, you need to enable WP-Cron and perform the below steps. Find details on how to enable cron – https://webappick.com/docs/ctx-feed/basic/how-to-setup-cron-for-auto-feed-update/
    2. Now, if the corn is okay, Disable the feed auto update(here) > Edit the feed and then save and regenerate the feed as instructed here.
    3. Now, go to manage feed > Enable the auto update option and save and regenerate the feed again.
    4. Then check if the feed auto updates on it’s scheduled interval.

    If the above doesn’t help you solve the issue, please, reach us again with the system status or you can contact us from here.

    Hi @mansary ,

    after I did your steps my feed is now faulty. And on Google merchant center it shows me that the price and availability of the products are missing. I have attached 2 screenshots of what the xml file should look like and what it looks like now. I ask for help.
