Auto update causing site to go down

    Hi
    I use Siteground hosting. My website auto-updated and then went down. So they turned off auto updates and then restored to earlier versions but I still keep getting this email instantly every time it’s restored:

    Howdy! Some plugins have automatically updated to their latest versions on your site at
    My website is written here

    These plugins are now up to date:
    – WP File Manager version 6.9

    After the site is restored it works for a few hours and then goes down again so I think it has to do with this autoupdate
