Auto up top

Hello,
ST Gallery WP is a great plugin.
but with me, in the post has ST Gallery WP is running. When i scrolled to the bottom of the web page, in 2-3 second, the page automatic scroll up about 500px and stop there, no scroll up again.
Eg:

No Gallery: https://goo.gl/o8zV7kPlease help
